Spotting cycle day 26 with cramps , implantion ?

I don’t know when I ovulated but I normally get my period between cycle day 20 -40 on cycle day 25 in the early morning I started feeling the weirdest pain I never felt before it started from my cervix all the way to my upper right pelvic it felt like a straight line of pain on my right side sometimes I feel it in the middle of my pelvic or the left side but mostly on the right it lasted all day on and off and lasted tell the next day cycle day 26 but was pretty mild on cycle day 26 I found the smallest dot of red blood with pink cervical mucus then nothing all day completely white today still no period the pain is gone but my breast are a little sore
Took a test today was negtive but then saw a pink line after the time limit , could it be implantion ?
