First time Clomid user

Hi everyone,
I have had very irregular cycles. My DR reviewed my charting last month and found I was not completing ovulation. She has put me on Clomid 50mg cd5-9. How many success stories are there with Clomid? Did anyone have side effects? I am very excited to finally know what is going on and have an option. I am taking it at night (I think that's ok) to avoid the majority of potential side effects.
Please share your clomid stories with me :)

Hey first off good luck!! I will be starting clomid in about 19 days lol yes I am counting down the days :) Just like you said I plan on taking mine in the evening to reduce the side effects so that should be fine :) Fingers crossed we both get bfps soon!!!

I took clomid 50 mg days 3-7 for three months before hubby agreed to actually try. Month 4 we conceived however I miscarried at 4 weeks. I will start back up after first period ( if and when I get it as I never got one prior to clomid ) baby dust to all

I took it cd3-7 at night...didn't have too many side deducts. Just hot flashes and a little headache. I got pregnant my second round, but it ended in an early mc. My dr (specialist) switched me to Femara and said they've had really good results from it with their patients lately. Good luck!
