FEEL NOTHINK LIKE PREGNANCY: ADVICE PLEASE

Ladies since I had 3 days light bleeding in July 30,31 and 1st August until today no period I did HPT after 4 weeks it was negative (deepstick)

I feel nothing out of the ordinary but what I have notice is my vigina always wet like fluid does not get dry like b4 other than that it just ordinary minor cramps like when you ovulate.

I dont want to test again afraid for negative result thinking maybe it something else that will break my heart. Willing to wait 3 months b4 do any test.
