Restless and sleepless nights

Ladies this has become a serious issue 4 me I cannot sleep @nite. During the day I feel normal but only discomfort on my left like I'm ovulating which I'm so use to it I just ignore. But when it bed time I cannot sleep turning and tosting trying to find comfortable position urinate a lot bcoz I drink cola a lot even when I'm in bed.feel little movement below my belly sometimes in my uterus lot of gas,pain below around belt area.My AF are due in 5 days I feel preg signs only when I'm laying in bed.What can you say about this?
