LADIES WHO CONCEIVED USING CLOMIPHENE

done with hsg scan they found nothing wrong my tubes not blocked i was relieved. after 1 month of coz with no conception my doctor give me clomiphene pills for 5 days after af told me to have lot of sex da following week. now my womb pains like it stretching feels heavy only better when im working also constipated passing gas a lot bloeted,almost sweet salavia, feels like when about to have my af but not due until 1 week. my cycle is 25 days. is this nomal could it b possible that i conceived? any body felt da same plz share
