Question

Soy effecting BBT?

Has anyone taken soy and had really wacky temperatures? I took it CD 3-7. My temps jumped all over the place. Then after I stopped taking it, my temps evened out, but lower than usual. I did experience a temp shift about 3 days ago of .3 degrees, so I am assuming I ovulated then, CD13. My temp has continued to rise. It is just throwing me off because my temp is still so low for my normal post O temps. Any advice?

I think the soy does affect bbt, I had the same up and down temps when on it, just like clomid did to me. They told me that its hard to track ovulation days when taking clomid so I figure it runs the same for the soy.
