Opk lighter than yesterday

I'm suppose to ovulate anywhere between 5/7 & 5/10 .. I took a OPK yesterday then did another one this morning with fmu & it came out way lighter than the other... I thought it was suppose to keep gettin darker?

-> please forgive any typeos, i type fast without checking and sometimes i'm on my phone. thanks! <- &

Many OPKs say not to use fmu because it takes several hours after you wake up for it to build up in your urine. I test usually in the mid afternoon, although yesterday I took a late evening one and compared to today's normal time, it was darker. I am not sure why that is, but I've heard your lh level can fluctuate a bit before actually surging.

Okay, that makes sense now... Cuz i did another one that night & it got a lot darker. I thought I had bad OPKs lol
