SO CONFUSED, PLEASE HELP!!
Ok, so this month I decided to try EPO and softcups along with BBT and OPKs which I have been doing. I usually ovulate CD 15 or 16 and today I am on CD 18 and still no temp rise, my temp has been at 97.6 for the past 4 days and this morning went to 97.73.I have had positive OPKs since CD 14.What I am worried about is my CM, it has turned to an abundance of sticky CM, which I know my DH's swimmers wont make it through.Has anyone taken EPO and experienced a delay in ovulation?Why has my CM changed to sticky even though I have not had a temp increase showing I o'd and why are my OPKs still positive if my CM has changed?Any advice would be great!!!! dont really have the advice you are looking for, but i do know that sometimes it takes a day or two in order for the temp. to rise after ovulation. That has happened to e a few time. my main advice is to maybe try preseed to help your CM. It helps a lot I have heard a lot of people had success with it!
