Thanks @basia @lschrader @babyangel
@babyangel - sorry to hear about the AF and nurse's response,,,

I feel much better with the bloating... Actually I don't know if that's a good sign...Today is 10 DPO for me... And believe me I have zero symptoms other than mild cramping due to upset stomach... Not sure if that's related... I couldn't resist and so tested this morning... The test was as big a fat negative as it could be...BFN!!!!! So frustrating...

I'm very anxious... Losing hope and this surely is the longest 2 weeks of the century!

I will not test tomorrow.. Will test 12 DPO (like ID originally planned)... Sigh.. I've had the same exact symptoms uptil now before as well... And got AF at that previous time... So I'm "trying" not to make much of the symptoms... But nothing's helping the anxiousness...

Sighs

Cate, good luck with the natural way! At least you will enjoy it!
Momtobe, its early to test. I hope next time to be a positive.
I had my appointment this morning with the guru of ivf! And because he is so famous, that is why we were for 4 hours in the clinic. Too much wait! I am not satisfied with the clinic s attitude, but at least i know it is the best.
With the "guru" the appointment was only 10 minutes inluding a transvaginal ultrasound which was very painful because he aggresively pushed the probe. Well i was informed about the basics and i was given a lot of tests to do. Breast exam, blood sugar, test for cystic fibrosis etc. He told me that when there is no reason for not being able to conceive, most of the times it is because endometriosis, which is not easily diagnosed, and might be this my case. He told me that even if there is endo problemi, ivf is not negatively affected. At the meantime i will have a blood test for endo, but still it might doesnt show us the problem. For your experience with endo, are these right?
After the appointment i called my doctor and she told me that he might be true but she believes that most of the times it is stress that causes the fertility problems.
Tomorrow i will call for the appointment with the insurance to cover the meds. This might take a long time but the clinic told me that they can short the time, if they give me a distant date.

kethryes - you get bloodtest to detect endometriosis? maybe to detect PCOS? I don't think blood test can tell if you have endometriosis or not. Usually you need laparoscopy to diagnose endometriosis for sure.

kethryes--sorry about your appointment--that sounds like a nightmare waiting that long, only to be seen so quickly. I have never heard about a blood test that tests for endometriosis. I have endo, stage III (they think), and I've read and heard mixed things on if endo can affect IVF success rates. A few studies I read indicated that women with endo had lower successful pregnancy rates compared to women undergoing IVF with unexplained infertility.

I agree with Basia--I've been told combined with symptomology and ultrasounds, the way to diagnosis for sure is the lap procedure. My friend had the lap procedure because they suspected endo based on her inability to get pregnant and absence of other things. She ended up having stage II, cleared it out, and she got pregnant naturally the next month with FSH and time intercourse.

Sorry--forgot to mention, but my RE (very experienced), said that my success rates with IVF would be no different than anyone else's...he disputed the fact that women with endo have less success

Hey ladies! I had my mid cycle today! I had three follicles, but they were small - 14 and 15. So they want me to come back on Monday for another mid cycle. I am wondering if Monday will be too late for the trigger. Today is CD 11 for me.

I had a meltdown tonight. It just got a little overwhelmed and I started feeling sorry for myself and DH was gone so I was by myself. )-: I cried it out for a bit. I have to get my blood drawn AGAIN on Monday and apparently I have to have some other labs drawn. Prolactin and hemoglobin and hematocrit or something. So that will be a separate draw. Ugh. )-: I'm just a little tired of all of this yucky stuff.

I have been looking some into embryo adoption. That's hopefully but also just kind of like one other exhausting thing!

While, I am so sorry you are feeling down. Try to relax and follow your doctors instruction. I guess if Monday was late for the trigger, they wouldnt suggest you to go on Monday. Try to be calm and enjoy. Always help!

Girls, thankx for your info. I know that the blood test will not be indicative and I would need a laparoscopy to be sure, but it is going to be done after my first try, in case of no success. Time is very important for us.

The appointment with the insurance will be on 1st of July. I dont know if it is late in order to have the IVF before August. I will ask the clinic. I also have booked the appointment of some blood exams, but I have more to go!

I think today I started feeling this excitement about the ivf, you all have told me!

While--We must having been having a meltdown at the same time! Too bad we're not closer together. I'm sorry you're feeling overwhelmed...I completely get how you're feeling. It's absolutely emotionally exhausting. Last night I was feeling very sorry for myself as I've had an ultrasound and blood work 10 out of 11 days...just feeling totally over it. Now I'm in my 2-week wait though...

My physician said to me (on a visit when I was crying)...
"DON'T WORRY ABOUT THIS"....

And I was thinking ya, ok!...

he went on to say..."No, really...it is OUR job to worry. It is OUR job to figure out the best way to get you pregnant so YOU don't have to worry." Although that might seem a bit paternalistic to some, it really helped me (and continues to)...

kethryes--I'm going for the lap too--surgery booked for Sept 9, unfortunately there was nothing sooner. Hoping to do IVF thereafter.

I hope you have a wonderful day ladies!!

Kethyres - I don't know much about endo... But I know of someone who had that... Went for IVF and had beautiful twins (boy & girl) who are 13 years old now :)... Hope that helps...

Whileimwaiting...it's hard... I know... It's very hard... And frustrating to see small follies after doing EVERYTHING in your control... I've been there and I still can't deal with it... Stressful... But just look at it this way... It'll all be so worth it when we all get pregnant. Keep that in mind... I was telling someone that my future babies are testing me already... But that'll be worth the pain and wait...

As for me...I have ton of travel to plan for (for work) and I can not book tickets until I know... I think they say it's best not to be on flights till after 12 weeks... Right?
I'm just losing my mind... My husband is so so so so so supportive and sweet... But still it's hard to explain the emotional part... Meaning, experience and expectations don't match and the stats say only 15% success with FSH and IUI ... In spite of knowing all of that it's very hard to stay rationale...

Today is 11DPO... And I'm really getting anxious... I go for my beta blood test on Monday... I had the weirdest thing in the middle of the night... Had a terrible cold... So much so that I had to get up blow my nos... Sneeze a couple of times...that's just odd... I'm pretty okay now other than mild sniffles... It's odd for it to be so bad in the middle of the night... I don't think I have allergies... I mean never have had any.
Anyway - sorry the post is so long... But it really helps to share with all of you.

Fingers crossed for you all.
