While--I'm sorry your numbers have dropped a bit, I don't know too much about progesterone levels, but I hope they begin to rise for you. Did you RE give you any info?

Margie--Glad you're almost done taking clomid!! FX for your BFP this month!

Update - So I'm 15dpo today, still not getting any spotting which has NEVER happened before. I always have spotting by now. Of course I'm getting excited, and then super bummed when I have cramps. I've been cramping on/off for the last couple of days. Took 3 HPT - all BFN. I think I'm out, but now just hoping I get my AF sooner than later to get this month going again.

Cate, do you have a beta scheduled? Im still getting cramps and twinges and feel like I'm going to start too.

Red--I don't have one scheduled but I can just drop-in any day before 11a and have same-day results. I just haven't wanted to hear the dreaded..."I'm sorry Cate, you're not pregnant"...but..I may go on Sat. if no AF by then. Thanks for the info Red.

@cate- no, I didn't talk to him about it - they just felt like it was good enough and didn't have my get on a progesterone supplement.

I have a consult with a St. Louis doctor over the phone on Tuesday. I am going to talk to him about mini IVF!

How is everyone feeling? Red: any update on your Beta?

I triggered on Friday with 3 mature follicles and 2 close behind. My e2 was the highest it's ever been at 1090. I did B2B IUI yesterday and today. Numbers were 36 and 79 million post wash. Highest it's ever been... So shocked in 1 day the amount doubled! Had some pretty serious cramping last night and this morning after IUI #2, I had slight pink discharge. Let's see how long I can hold out to test... I suck at waiting!

We will have our iui tomorrow or Tuesday. It was our first month on clomid. My largest is 19 right now and I have one following behind at 15

Do you guys normally do back to back iui. Is that better

My dr said it's good for low counts but doesn't really matter. Not sure what to think last month we had 8.4 post wash

Would you guys do 2 or sick to one. It's an extra 300 bucks for us to do it back to back. Last time we just ended up BD the next morning.

My beta on Friday double to over 1100 and estrogen and progesterone were both good with no need to supplements. I'm glad I'm sticking with this RE before I inform OB. He's going to do a US every week starting with week 5. My first one is on Wednesday and he'll check levels again. If everything's good by week 9 or 10 I can go to OB. Just feel better with someone monitoring me every week. That way, if something goes wrong with this one maybe we can prevent it in the future.

KB - I haven't heard of anyone doing back to back IUIs but that's nice your doc will allow you to do so. I think most just BD later that day. There was one girl on here who's DH would give two samples (in one tube) to maximize the numbers.

Jackie - I had a lot of cramping after the IUI too. Good luck during this dreaded wait!

KB - I've heard of B2B IUI's but my clinic didn't offer it to us. Just advised that we BD that day and the following to cover ourselves.

Red--that's amazing! I would agree with you and likely want the reassurance of having more frequent checks before moving on to an OB. Thanks for the update!

Feeling a bit confused...
I got AF on Friday. Day 3 today and went to the clinic to have a baseline U/S and blood work before starting the injectables/IUI this month. At first they tell me I have a cyst on my left ovary (which they said was weird because I ovulated from my right ovary and usually cysts are caused from the follicle that has released the egg). It's 20mm (so quite large). Then they called me back and said my estrogen was through the roof! They now think it could be a follicle??? They want me to come in tomorrow because they said I could be ovulating in the next day or two. Have you ever heard of this? I'm technically still on my period!!

Cate - sorry AF showed. I have heard of ovulating early because of meds but not that early. If so, maybe your doc will take your dosage down on meds. I wouldn't think it would be viable if technically your lining is thining right now.
