could i be after 17 months????

so im 11dpo today,on days 8 and 9 dpo i had really bad cramps and backache now nothing. My nipples are super sore and usually when pms strikes my boobs on the sides are sore but this month only the front of my breasts are sore and i feel kinda twinges on the left side of my uterus which was the side i ovulated on. i did the bd on calender day 10 and 11 but not on the 12th day which was o day,and i know because i get o bleeding. i have a f.s. app. tomorrow afternoon,so how ironic would it be that i get a bfp tmorrow morning. what are your thoughts on this ladies???
