Spotting on Sprintec

I have 3 Littles and am not trying for another, though I wouldn't be against the idea of a 4th. ?
Anyways, I have no idea my cycle. I've been spotting since the 17th of November.
Has anyone gotten pregnant on Sprintec birth control? And what were your symptoms.
