Sore throat and sinus drainage 18dpo

So we’re not actively trying yet but I came off of sprintec in August. I had egg white around the same time we dtd on Nov 6 and then it faded out. I haven’t been tracking my cycle so far as ovulation goes because I just came off the pill but I believe I ovulated around the 6th because the discharge faded out.
Well, I was super short of breath last week (first symptom I had with my youngest). Now I have come down with a really irritating sore throat and drainage but no other cold symptoms - like it’s really weird.
Anyone else have cold like symptoms before bfp?
