Is this line ok for 18 dpo?

Hi everyone!!
So I’m kinda freaking out. I have PCOS and started my first round of timed intercourse using letrozole, ovidrel, and then progesterone suppositories at the beginning of the month. After only 9 days past the trigger shot (9dpo) my fertility clinic gave me a quantitative blood test. They called me later that day and told me it was negative. I was devastated. They told me to stop the progesterone and my period would come on within a few days. It is now 18 dpo and still no period. I’ve been having period like cramps on and off, my boobs are sooo sore, and I’ve been extremely emotional, but other than that no other symptoms. I decided to test this morning and two lines showed up!!! Trying not to get too excited, but would this line be ok for 18 dpo?? Since it’s Sunday I’m going to call my dr tomorrow and see what’s up, but I thought I’d consult you lovely ladies first!
