If your blood pregnancy test was done at the hospital and nobody contacts you does it mean the results are neg? I left the hospital because getting late

They would generally contact you with your result regardless of if they were positive or negative! Have you tried calling your GP as they would have a copy of your results.

Yup I agree with twinmomma they should tell you no matter what. Call them if you don't hear anything
