@Momma I don't temp, I told myself I wasn't even going to use OPKS this month but I felt like I may be ovulating so I took an OPK and sure enough blaring positive! So I am between 4-5 DPO hoping for my this month, driving myself crazy by testing already but cant help it Im a POAS addict!!!

@JL temping has to be very routine in order for it to give you an accurate result for the cycle. I only temp every 2-3 days for the first 8 days or so of my cycle. I usually ovulate on CD14 or CD15, so I usually start temping regularly every single day starting on CD11. My alarm goes off at 5:30am Monday thru Friday, so I chose that as my time. I even set it on the weekends now as well. I grab the thermometer before even rolling over or anything. Best results are given if you temp immediately after waking at the exact same time every day.

@JL it is a bit harder with interrupted sleep. They say as long as you were sleeping for a minimum of 3 hours before you temp, it should be accurate.

@JL don't worry too much, my baby wakes every 2-3 hours (and the last week every damn hour - teething!!) and my results have been pretty consistent just 2-3 days in my whole cycle where there's been a clearly inaccurate temperature! Like yesterday for example (see my chart)

AFM FF has my predicted ovulation day as the 23rd but Ovia has just changed it this morning to being my highest fertile day today - wtf.

I do trigger shot to day..I should do IUI next week sometime

AF due tomorrow hoping she doesn’t show. Got a pretty faint positive on a ClearBlue this morning with FMU still not sure. Not holding on to much hope. Hoping you guys get your this cycle!

@Jenn I have my fingers crossed for you!

AFM it’s my birthday (yay!) we’ve hit more than enough days this cycle so if I don’t conceive this cycle I’ll know it’s probably my body trying to protect itself since I’m still breastfeeding, in which case I’ll stop tracking and just focus on being healthy :) and I’m gappy with that decision

@momma yeah I agree, symptom spotting seems to make time spot! I’ve not been logging moods, symptoms or anything! I’m just doing my temp if I remember to but not obsessing over that either!

7dpo today and a HUGE temperature shift. Not thinking too much into it but odd to see. Had to override FF to stop it putting CD12 as ovulation day!
