I have been taking it since jan2018 I conceived the first month on it. Not sure is it was due to that or not but I did notice my CM change and ovulation day was felt a lil more than before. Cramps wise. (Ended in Mc) since then I have been taking it still. We are in 4th month after loss. My Dr just shook her head ok when I told her I was taking it. If your trying to work on your CM you can also try Musinex but has to be with only one ingredient of 600mg Guaifenesin. I am trying this month EPO and pre-seed again. But drink plenty of water if ou do Musinex. And stop EPO or Musinex once you ovulate.
Update: it didn’t change my cycle still the same. 32days. I think it helped me get back on track faster after the loss.
