Painful drs visit ????????

I had a drs appt with my primary doc, because of the UTI and i am having this pain (tmi) like right at the entrance of my vaginal opening on the left side the pain Is in such a specific place its ridiculously painful during intercourse so me an DH have been like trying to accomadate as best as possible. But when my dr went to touch it soooo much pain i felt i started to cry she said that it didn't look or feel like anything at all so she swabbed and sent it off just to be sure has anyone ever experienced this??
