When should I test?

I am usually a 30 day cycle and was due AF on Saturday (20th) I am now 3 days late with no sign, and I don’t feel periody at all... I feel nauseous most the time and just absolutely drained! I took a test on Sunday which was negative but don’t know when to test again, what would people suggest? Been ttc since October so keeping everything crossed that this is the month but just unsure! Thanks for any help
