Very confusing cycle, never happened before - caused by vitex?

Cycle day 1 to 14 normal, then 4 day bleeding. Then Fertile EWCM? Is there any possibility that you could concieve?

So if I count from the first day of 4 day bleeding would that be a new cycle?

Cycle day 1 to 19, no sign of ovulation? I hoping I will get AF cycle day 30

vitex is weird, i stopped using it after 14 days, it brought on a period. When i started bleeding red after taking vitex it was classed as start of a new cycle.
