13 dpo strong stabbing pain, what is this?

Anyone had a strong stabbing pain near your ovary? Gave me a fright, it hurt. Then just stopped. I have had something similar when about 5 weeks pregnant (put it down to ligament pain). I am 13dpo, a cyst maybe?

Hi I had this in my tww when I got my bfp but sadly ending in mc at 7 weeks hope you get your bfp:) have you tested yet x

Ye I get it before a bfp an still get it now, actually keeled over with it yesterday but last about 3 seconds. Im 12 weeks now.
I get em in every pregnancy .

Yes, I got something like this the other night. It was two or three quick stabs in my left ovary and wow, it hurt. I was just drifting off to sleep when it happened. I haven't had it before or since but I did just get my bfp a couple of days ago and am 14dpo today. Have you tested yet? Curious to see if this a good sign for you. I hope so :)
