I have been on Femara for the past 16 months starting with the 2.5 mg dose, then increasing to 5 mg, then to 7.5 mg and I have not noticed any changes with my approximate ov. date (trigger around 11 dpo). Even if cycles had 2 or 3 follicles - it did not change that date for me. Of course, this could be all different for you. I hope this helps somehow. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I had ovulation at the same time I normally did, maybe half a day later in the end
