CD 13 huge blob of ewcm

I have a 30+day cycle & noticed today on cd 13 a huge very stretchy clear blob of ewcm. I didn't expect to see this this early,dh & I bd'd 2 days ago,so does this mean I'm ovulating now or getting ready to? I'm also experiencing slight burning in vagina. I've been drinking water constantly so I doubt it's a infection. Advice please
