I plan on taking Soy isoflavones once this cycle is over. I'm on CD41 and have not ovulated but not AF yet!! I just wish she'd come already so I can begin taking them already and hopefully ovulate this time. What days of your cycle are u planing on taking them on?? and how much??

This was my first cycle. I bought Spring Valley 40mg tabs from Wal-mart (6 bucks). I took them cd2-6 120x2, 160x 2, and 200mgs on last day. I had a really strong ov with tons of ewcm, ov pain, and a +opk. Now the wait begins..I am 5dpo. Been having mild cramps past 2 days and lots of creamy CM. I took soy before bed and didn't have any side effects. I am going to OB for a 21 day progesterone to verify ov. Will update you later.
