Stabbing pain in boobs, what is going on?
Hi there
I am 11dpo today and since about 3dpo my boobs have been incredibly sore. My boobs usually only get a bit sore a couple of days before AF is due, but this month has been very different. Not only did it start earlier, it is also so sore that I actually wake up at night when I roll over or accidently press against my breasts. Then, 2 nights ago I woke up because of the worst stabbing pain in my right breast. It lasted about 2 seconds and felt like someone was stabbing me from the inside out through my nipple. It was excrusiating! I got this again once or twice yesterday, but tonight is just nuts. I'm getting it every couple of minutes! It is better if I hold my breast the whole time, but if I let go, it comes back again. Does anyone know the cause of this? I have never experienced anything like it before in my life. I obviously do not want to read too much into it, but what do you guys think? If I am not pg, what could be causing it? Any help would be great! Thanx!

I am 10 dpo. I have been experiencing the same thing! I also had the sore bbs and nipples show up right after O day. (That's only happened to me once before, months ago). I had the stabbing pain too when I laid down for bed! I have no idea what it means really but I hope its a good sign. Today they are pretty normal...did have a couple of twinges of pain but nothing like before!

Tested this morning at 13dpo and got a BFN, so maybe the stabbing pain was just my body throwing me a curve ball this month. Yesterday I opted for a tight fitting sports bra and that seemed to help a lot and today they are feeling much better, only slightly sensitive. I have no idea what caused it, but I really hope it doesn't become a regular thing, because it is horrible!
