6dpo and bleeding...HELP!!

Hi. My fertility monitor and opks both told me I ovulated 6 days ago but today I started bleeding. LF is normally 12 days. Blood is bright red, AF normally darker. Not very heavy but more than I would call 'spotting'. Stomach cramps and lower back pain. What is this? Can it really be AF at 6dpo? Please help. Anyone else experienced this? I appreciate any advice. Thankyou.

Maybe this is implantation bleeding? I have read that stomach cramps can accompany it.
