If you are worried, you should contact your doctor. They can do a blood test and an ultrasound if necessary. They can also tell you if something is wrong and leading to the waitloss and lack of AF. If you don't have insurance, you can go to most Walgreens or Rite-Aids since they almost all have a healthcare clinic in them now. They will help you and only charge you what you can afford. Another helpful one is Planned Parenthood, they can help you with testing and care. Hope that is helpful. Good luck!
