darian, have you taken another hpt just to be sure? My AF came on within about 3 days of me taking prometrium, so I don't have any advice on the cm.

Jupitor, metformin can take several months to build up in your system enough to help you conceive, but I have seen at least three women get pregnant naturally after about 3 months of use. It can also make you very ill when you first start taking it, so be prepared for that.

Also, I will never understand why Dr's prescribe meds, etc, before testing all the things that could be wrong. There is absolutely no point in taking meds if your tubes are blocked or if your DH has very poor sperm quality. I'd also make sure they are repeating all the bloodwork on you, LH, FSH, Thyroid, Progesterone, Estrogen, etc.

It's probably just a side affect of the progesterone working in your body then. It can take up to 2 weeks after the LAST pill to bring on your period. I hope it doesn't take that long for you.
