Hope you all are doing well! Any news?
HERES TO 2013 BFPS!! OH AND the rest of DEC2012 BFPS!!
I'm not sure what AFM: stands for...been wanting to ask for the longest.I apologize ahead of time for such a long REPLY.I long to talk to others,I can't talk to family because they do not know the feeling.(each have 2-7 children of their own)I am only one CURSED with PCOS/Without child.
I am 4 DPO! I pray I released an Egg this cycles,Our intercourse timing is HIGH....but like we all know 20% chances & maybe only less than 7-10% with PCOS!
I know I said I was on break,but I could feel my body Ready for Ovulation & we tried anyways:-)
I did not OPK this cycle.I just check Mucus,Cervix postions,and BBT'ed!
Symptoms so far in my DPO STAGES are :
-heartburn -headaches
-Yeast infection(ITCH) -some weird static cramps
-Backache -CRAZY DREAM(NORMAL)LOL
-Very Sore&Enlarged boobs(which happens After Ovulation for me anyways)
-had some cold like symptoms but they went away/more achy body
Like always I try to talk my self into not getting hopes up.I haven't even talked about it the whole month of December about TTC with my husband.
Have not tested ANY kind of way(only have 2 one-step HCG Preg.Test -Wondfo IC's) If my period does not show by CD 33-36 then I MAY test Cd 35... HERE'S TO SELF DISCIPLINE & Strength to carry on!
Yesterday I believe I was trying to fall asleep,As I prayed....
I couldn't go to sleep & a strong feeling of FOSTERING a Child came into my head and wouldn't leave.So I got up hoping to find Info VIA Internet...no such luck. I have this Mothering Spirit for a reason & I long to release this love I have built up with in. I will not bring it up to my husband quiet yet due to his work is slow right now. But once I know everyone is receiving their INCOME taxes I know they(costumers) will pile into the Casino to play the table games. Where he works. Then I may ask and talk about this thought(maybe a sign or help from GOD to help relieve the ache in my heart til it's time for US to be parents?) Thank you for reading.

GL- call your local Childrens Aid Society, they will have info on who to contact for fostering a child which i think is fabulous and most foster parents go on to legally adopt the child they are fostering. And the government will help pay for clothes, food, beds, etc. They will do a back ground check on your family and check your level of income and house and neighborhood so be prepared for that. I have two friends who work for CAS and an aunt and uncle who have fostered many children and went on to adopt two of them so I know a bit about it. AFM- stands for As-For-Me and don't worry, I had to ask too.

Allison- I bought the machine itself on ebay, used for 80$. Obviously most people only use it for a few months so I knew it would be in perfect condition, which it was. The sticks can also be bought on ebay for around 25-35$ for 30 sticks (2-3 month supply!) So it's not too expensive once you buy the machine. What I loved about it was that it would tell you when you were close so you knew when not to waste the swimmers and when to dance like crazy lol.

Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. Sorry I have been AWOL but the holidays are crazy in my family!

Hopefull: It is so excting that you are moving on in the process! Feburary will be here before you know it! U will definitely be in my prays!!1

AFM: I am 9DPO and am probably out. I have been spotting for days - happens almost every month due to low progesterone levels. This is not a big surprise as my RE was not hopeful based on my u/s. I also have almost no symptoms at all. We start 5mg Femara followed by follistim shots next cycle. I'm praying this will finally be the answer we have been waiting for!

Hopefully we hear some good news for some of you other ladies soon! for those waiting to test and to those just starting a new cycle!

hopefulll thanks! I'm on ebay right now watching the auctions! The prices are really great for used monitors. The new ones on Amazon are about $120, so I'll see if I can get one for less.

jandb- I hope the femara and shots is the magic combination for you!!

Genni- hopefulll gave some really great advice about fostering. It wouldn't hurt to just try! Give them a call and say that you're interested and get the process started! I have heard some success stories when it comes to fostering to adopt. Also, GL holding out to test! :D

Okay, I have a request for all of you that isn't directly TTC related, but it is indirectly. My DH just applied for an amazing job at the CDC (Center for Disease Control- it's part of the Health and Human Services for the US govt. for those who are not from the US and don't know what it is). We really need lots of prayers and good thoughts that he gets interviewed and considered for the job! It has amazing salary and great health insurance. If he got this job, we could really get down to what I need for treatment and finally get serious!

Happy New Year to everyone. I hope 2013 will bring us all happy news.... I for one am ready to celebrate the end of this bummer year.

OPK+ this morning....hopefully everything will work out this cycle and I'll be able to give DH a BFP as an anniversary gift!

The puppy is awesome....7 weeks old tomorrow and she's already very smart...we are very proud pet-parents!! We decided that a small puppy is like a 1 year old human who doesn't speak english. Doesn't understand a THING.

I went to my appointment this morning, hoping my follicles have grown, but sadly they haven't. So this cycle has been canceled. My OB said there is a chance that I could ovulate on my own, but I'm not holding my breath. Anywhoos, I'm suppose to see him again in two weeks to see how things are going. Hopefully my next cycle will start up on it's own with out the help of meds. But we shall see.

Hi ladies!! I haven't been able to post with the holiday craziness. Lots of travel and family time. But it kept me occupied so when af came it wasn't horrible. I was expecting it, but my very normal cycle was 30 days instead of 28 this time so that was kinda awful. It feels really odd to not be doing anything fertility wise. But it's nice all at the same time.

Good luck with all the upcoming procedures, cycles, meds and emotional roller coasters!! Looking forward to lots of upcoming bfps!!!

But it comes in waves creamy,watery,& EW .sometimes all 3 mixed together! Temp took a dive past coverline as well this AM.

Happy new year ladies.
I spent mine in bed drugged up. Such awful luck to be sick.

So I don't know when I ovulated and if I did. Dh and I had a bit of a tiff and were not on speaking terms for s few days, probably ovulated around that time. Who knows. Anyhoo, will start progesterone today or tomorrow as I suspect my levels are low hence doc prescribing it with last pregnancy.

Today is day 28 for me and 12 DPO. Two more days I guess. I kind've feel out this month because my stomach has been upset the past day or two. Normally when AF comes I start having stomach issues. The good news is I was off all meds and I ovulated on my own. Hoping I won't have to do Clomid anymore since it cause a cyst on my right ovary. But I may very well have to try something else. Prayers for me that AF won't start but I think I already have myself prepared in case she arrives!!!!
