Tingling teeth

Has anyone ever experienced tingling teeth in the bottom front row during pregnancy?

My teeth have been tingling so I was wondered if this could be related to a preggo symptom or is it simply a dental concern?

not that I have had this in particular but I have read you can have "sensitive" teeth as a symptom...... so maybe??
