Aunt Flow acting weird

Hello it has been sometime since i was last here. I have a question can having sex affect aunt flow? I did the deed for the first little bit without protection then afterwards used protection, it was 3 days before aunt flow was due then the 8th i had some small spotting only when i wiped but still wore a liner.....after that one spot nothing else. then just last night i had some slightly darker spotting and small clot but nothing since then and considering my app it says im 4 days late for it... which i dont understand sorry for the long post but im just wondering if that was possible that it can be messed up since i did the deed a few days before she was supposed to start, any input helps
