Constant headaches with nausea

For the past while (atleast a couple of months) I have had near consistent nausea which I have way to explain it.. even after my loss I am still having nausea to the point of nearly throwing up, I have been getting constant headaches for almost a solid month. I'd wake up and that's when they'd start, I have talked to a Dr and they can't tell me what it is.

I need help trying to figure it out what could it possibly be?
