You may well be pregnant. My copper iud failed end of 2020, had spotting just after mid cycle and was pregnant. Turned out to be ectopic dealt with by expectant management (waiting to see and resolved on its own). Take a test, important to act immediately as chance of ectopic/extra uterine is high. Or could be a continuing pregnancy andyou will need to make a decision about whether or not to remove iud. Good luck :)
