There are ways to increase fertile cm through the fertile window. I've read that drinking plenty of grapefruit juice will help with ewcm production. Also Evening primrose oil helps. I personally would order some conceive plus or pre seed. These lubricants are sperm friendly and can be inserted with an applicator close to the cervix so it acts as fertile cm.

Ya, we have the Pre-Seed but haven’t used it this cycle. My question is more whether or not I still actually ovulated since I didn’t have the CM. As in, does ovulation and CM go hand-in-hand?

No, you can indeed ovulate and not have fertile cm. Just makes it hard to catch the egg
