Oh no 5+5 this happened TMI PIC

Is this a sign of miscarriage? I’m 26 dpo (5+5) had light spotting last week. It went away by itself. I’m not experiencing any severe pain.

HCG went from 35000 to 45000 on monday. Not doubling anymore 6 weeks and 4 days today.
