5 dpo with heartburn

Hey! I know pregnancy at this point isn't supposed to do anything. I don't know if my ovulation date is off because my app said they predicted it 4 days before my test strips. I can't remember the last time I had heartburn other than during the pregnancies with my 4 kids but I have had it baaaaaaaad for 3 days now! It isn't anything I have eaten and I have tried everything for it but it just comes back. I also have started feeling nauseous and been peeing a lot more than normal. Any ideas??? I am going to take a pregnancy test in 4 days but would like to get rid of or find out why I have this horrible heartburn
