Sharp pain on one side/5dpo

So I was sitting in my car and randomly I got two shooting pains around where I feel OV pain, then at work it happens again but a little more instense and after that I got pms like cramping and now I’m having twinges and feel uncomfortable on both side threw out that area. Any ideas what this could be? Or is anyone else having this?
