Help!!! Possible implantation bleed

I'm 17 days late today.. still having negative tests...
Iv just been to the loo and wiped and this is what was there...
Could this be possible implantation which would mean I ovulated later than 1st thought!!

My last ovulation I tracked was 7th September and missed my period that month and still haven't come on..

I have a doctor's appointment for bloods on Monday.. so hopefully my hcg levels would have risen enough if I am indeed expecting a little bundle xx
