12 day cycles!!!

I’m currently averaging 12 day cycles... literally feeling like this is impossible. I bled for all but 5 days in August. My last ‘period’ was 24th August and I haven’t bled again yet. I’ve been super hungry and nauseous and wondering if it’s the iron supplements or if there may be a very small miracle that I have conceived. I just have no idea when we should be doing the deed given that my cycles are so erratic. I tested yesterday and it’s was negative, when should I test again? That’s if I don’t have another af! X
