depends on how long your cycle is. you can always experiment opks after cycle day 12 to find out when you get a positive opk

I got a Opk and it shows that I ovulated on day 27... My cycle is normally 24 days... Could I be changing cycles?

I normally ovulate around CD17 I think... But for some reason I am on CD28 and think I'm ovulating or changing to a new cycle...

Luteal fase for most women is 12-15 days. So if you think you ovulated on CD 17, you shd have your period between cd 29-32.
But you wrote again that you normally have a 24 day cycle and that is very short, contact your doctor to check your hormones. you might have a lutealfase defect and that will make it difficult to get pregnant
