Implantation possibly period..

So what I thought was implantation may be the start of my period. What I'm most confused about is why periods change so much. My period usually go light to full blown dark red periods.

Yesterday I spotted on and off figured maybe it was implantation bleeding but I'd wait and see cause usually couple hours after I start getting very dark red blood indicating my period. Next day pops up (today) and spotting still but it went away and then now its just started flowing but not like dark red. Its still very light and its kinda flowing like AF but not really flowing.

Anyone else experience this?
