12dpo Light cramping but bfn trying to conceive for 13 months now with baby no2

Hey ladies trying for 13th cycle now am at 12 dpo and getting a bfn I have light cramping too.Trying for baby no 2, should I give up for this cycle because of the cramping? I feel tired of ttc ????
