Hi there! I'm also new to charting so this is what I have learned. Yes, your BBT will elevate after ovulation and will stay elevated until your period starts. The ovulation dip is confirmed once you have 3 consecutive elevated temps. The coverline is something I am not super clear on, but if you chart on Fertility Friend too it will draw it for you. I do know that the coverline basically marks the line between your pre-ovulation and post ovulation temps.
