It does look like you have a clear sign of ovulation around 4/4 which with a positive OPK on 4/3 makes a lot of sense. I usually ovulate about 24 hours after I get my positive OPK. Then I have three or more temperature rises and that's what FF looks for to confirm ovulation. My BBT then usually stays higher then the coverline until about 12-13 DPO when it starts to fall back down until AF arrives. My BBT the morning I get my AF is usually right at or slightly above the coverline, then the next day it falls back to follicular phase temperatures. My BBT is usually the most high from 2-3DPO until around 9 or 10 when it starts to show more variability. I've not gotten pregnant yet so I don't know what it will do when I get pregnant!
