You know sometimes I feel like I just can't get ahead. This month my husband and I were on it (or on each other, lol). We had sex 9 different days between cycle day 9 and cycle day 22. So on CD 9, 11, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, & 22. From several days before the earliest I thought I might ovulate, to several days after the latest I thought I might ovulate. I charted CM, and had EWCM on a few of these days, but now I think I may have confused EW for semen. Currently I'm on CD 26, and haven't had sex in 3 days, but am having cramping from the left side. If I'm ovulating this late I will pitch a freaking fit! My husband is at work and won't be home in time to BD if this is it. If I'm ovulating on CD 26 and I have a 15 day luteal phase, that means AF would be due July 15, that would make this a 41 day cycle….. I have never had a cycle that long. So frustrating. I believed I was on 6dpo by the wateriest CM I had, which I know people talk about implantation cramps, but this feels more like ovulation cramps and is just on my left side, so I highly doubt it. Plus it's less common to implant 6dpo and most commonly 9dpo. Plus during when I thought I was ovulating, I didn't have any ovary cramping like I normally do. I feel totally screwed and out for the month. At least the Bd'ing was fun.
*I went to see the Doc for something non-related when she asked me about how long my husband and I have been trying. She ordered some labs for me. Follicle Stimulating, and Luteinizing Hormone. Plus blood sugar check, Cholesterol, thyroid, and some other things I don't remember. So now I have to fast for 12 hours tonight and go back for the labs first thing tomorrow morning. This stinks.

Sorry hun you feel like this now but you still don't know for sure until/if AF shows up. I think O on cd 26 is quite late so it might not be o cramps. Implantation normally occurs between 6 and 12 dpo so it could be that and you have definitely covered in the bd department so try not too worry x

Wow, that is some seriously well-timed BD'ing. I had legit envy pangs reading the dates!
I know it's impossible not to worry, but from where I'm sitting it sounds like you really timed everything perfectly. Especially with the fact that sperm can live 3-5 days... I mean, that eggie doesn't stand a chance!

Do any of you know if you can have EWCM during an anovulatory cycles? I'm worried that since I didn't have any cramping during my expected O week, that I may not have Ovulated at all. I had some EWCM a couple of days after I already had it for three days, plus I've had absolutely no breast soreness.

Yes, you can get EWCM without ovulating, it isn't a guarantee. This has been my experience and research:
If there has been no ovulation, despite the pre-ovulation mucus/cervix changes and the attempted LH surge, the mucus stays as EWCM for longer than expected, and only slowly disappears as the cycle continues. So seeing EWCM only indicates preparation for ovulation - it is its disappearance that confirms ovulation. For women who regularly miss out on ovulating they will have more EWCM than they should, and lasting longer, as there has been no progesterone rise to chase it away.
