Why not try B6?
Given the discovery of my 9 day luteal phase, I decided to do some research online. I found a number of people mentioning that taking a B6 vitamin supplement helped them to increase their luteal phase within just a few months. I thought, what would be the harm in trying this? So, I am going to start with 50 mg daily (assuming that the answer I get back from my doctor is ok on me doing this).
I feel better now that I can DO something that might help. And even if it doesn't help, it's one treatment I can rule out when I go into the doctor in a few months. Right now, I'm welcoming this new cycle and another opportunity to make magic happen. :)
