Sharp, burning pain near left ovary, 5 DPO.

Yesterday, I believe I was at 5 DPO and I had several quick sharp pains near or on my left ovary. This happened a few times in the afternoon and in the evening. It was kind of like ovulation pains except it was sharper and felt like an intense burning - I don't know how else to describe it!

Has anyone experience or heard of this before? I think it is probably due to a cyst, but I'm of coarse hoping it is related to early pregnancy!
