I just want that BFP!

I'm 4DPO today and anxiously waiting for my turn to test. I've had mild cramping and a "full" feeling in my lower abdomen lately. My nips aren't as sensitive as they were yesterday. When I woke up this morning by left breast was killing me and I felt like I had a horrible head cold. My nose was stuffy and runny, my throat was sore, and I had an awful headache. I feel a little better this afternoon, but my nose is still very stuffy and very runny. I know God has a plan for me and he has his own timing. I just really pray that this time is his timing and that he's going to bless us with a beautiful BFP this month!
