Pregnancy or farce

Im having early pregnancy signs; cramping, dizziness, puking, spotting and my right breast feels heavier then spottingI was supposed to start my period yesterday but no big flow has started. I also notice when I wipe is when I see the blood. Im also on antibiotics, is possible that my medication is throwing my body out of whack or am I really pregnant?

I forgot to mention that the husband and I did do the deed both protected and unprotected but he pulled out before cumming. Still possible pregnancy?
