What can I do to thicken my uterine linning?

I am 100 percent positive that I Ovulated today. I am also 100 percent positive that we have done everything possible to ensure that there should be sperm patiently waiting. What can I do to ensure that my linning is nice and thick and ready for implantation? Supplements and etc.

continue taking ur folics and add vit B complex which will help increase progesterone with helps with the implantation process and fetus growth. goodluck

I use IVF, and to thicken the lining they use estrogen. Perhaps soy products? Or google what has estrogen that could help? I also take progresterone.
